Household junk is the catch-all for everything that's not a single category. It's the box of cables, the broken vacuum, the kids' toys nobody plays with anymore, the holiday decorations that didn't make the cut, the stack of magazines from 2018. Most homes accumulate two or three rooms' worth over a decade. We handle the whole-house cleanout (estate, downsize, move-out, post-divorce), the single-room reset (the garage that swallowed three Christmases), and everything in between. The crew works room by room. You point, we haul. We separate recyclables and donatables on the truck rather than dumping everything. Books, kitchenware, and clothes in good condition go to a local thrift partner. Electronics get routed through our e-waste process. Everything else goes to the proper transfer station. For estate and downsize cleanouts, we work on your schedule (often over multiple visits) and can hold sentimental items for a final family review before they leave the house.

Walk-through with the customer, confirm scope and price, start with the easy stuff so the room becomes visible, then work through the harder decisions room by room. Multi-day jobs are common for estate work. We leave the property locked and secured between visits.

- How is the price calculated?
- By volume, not weight. We charge by how much of the truck you fill, from a single item ($129) up to a full 15-yard load ($549). Pricing is on the Pricing page so you know what to expect before we show up.
- Are there any hidden fees?
- No. No trip charges, no fuel surcharges, no stair fees, no 'heavy item' fees. The quote we give is the price you pay. We get this question a lot because some of the national chains aren't transparent about this.
- How do you compare to 1-800-GOT-JUNK and College Hunks?
- We're typically 10 to 15% cheaper for the same volume, and we don't hide the prices. We're a small local outfit. Lower overhead means a better rate for you.
- Can you come the same day?
- Often yes, especially if you book before noon. Tuesday through Friday tend to have the most same-day slots open. Use the quote form and we'll text you confirmation within a couple of hours.
- What if I just have one or two things?
- Single items welcome. Our minimum charge is $129. That covers one couch, one mattress, one fridge, plus whatever fits around it. No trip charge.
