Furniture Removal
Sectionals, dressers, dining sets, recliners, the whole basement. We bring the muscle and the truck so you don't have to.

Crew carrying a sectional couch out of a Capital Region home, mid-walk between the front door and the truck. Branded shirts. Daylight, authentic. No posed setup.
Furniture is the #1 thing we haul. Most of our calls start with 'we got new stuff and the old stuff is in the way.' We pick up couches, sectionals, recliners, dressers, dining tables, bedroom sets, office furniture, china cabinets, and the deep-tissue massage chair your in-laws insisted you take. Every piece comes out by hand. No dragging, no scuffed floors, no wall dings. If we do nick a wall, our insurance covers it. We're rated to handle oversized pieces that wouldn't fit through a normal door: sectional curves get separated, dining tables get their legs popped off, that 800-pound antique armoire gets the proper four-corner lift. Disposal is handled the right way. Quality pieces get donated to Habitat for Humanity ReStore. Particle-board pieces get separated for recycling. Only what genuinely can't be reused goes to the transfer station. Most furniture jobs run somewhere between a 1/4 and 1/2 truck load. Pricing is flat-rate by volume. Not weight, not 'difficulty,' not by piece. So the quote we send you in the morning is the price you pay at the end of the job.

How it goes
The furniture removal process.
We text 30 minutes before arrival. Two crew members walk the load, confirm the price, then start hauling. We move out room by room, use floor protectors on stairs, and sweep the space when we're done. Most furniture-only jobs wrap in 60 to 90 minutes.

FAQ
Common questions.
- How is the price calculated?
- By volume, not weight. We charge by how much of the truck you fill, from a single item ($129) up to a full 15-yard load ($549). Pricing is on the Pricing page so you know what to expect before we show up.
- Are there any hidden fees?
- No. No trip charges, no fuel surcharges, no stair fees, no 'heavy item' fees. The quote we give is the price you pay. We get this question a lot because some of the national chains aren't transparent about this.
- How do you compare to 1-800-GOT-JUNK and College Hunks?
- We're typically 10 to 15% cheaper for the same volume, and we don't hide the prices. We're a small local outfit. Lower overhead means a better rate for you.
- Can you come the same day?
- Often yes, especially if you book before noon. Tuesday through Friday tend to have the most same-day slots open. Use the quote form and we'll text you confirmation within a couple of hours.
- What if I just have one or two things?
- Single items welcome. Our minimum charge is $129. That covers one couch, one mattress, one fridge, plus whatever fits around it. No trip charge.
Why us
The honest side-by-side.
Worth knowing before you book. We're not always the cheapest, but we're the most predictable. Surprise charges are how people end up hating hauling companies.
