Contractors & GCs
We're the cleanup truck that pulls up when the renovation finishes. Cheaper than a dumpster, no permit hassle.
For general contractors, remodelers, plumbers, electricians, and handyman operations.
Roll-off dumpsters are the default, and the wrong choice for most Capital Region residential renovations. They need municipal permits in some towns, occupy your driveway for a week, charge by the ton over-cap, and require you to load them yourself. We replace that workflow. You finish the job, we arrive with a 15-yard truck, you point at the pile, we load. Most residential jobs come out $50 to $200 cheaper than the equivalent dumpster rental, with zero permit work and same-day turnaround. For multi-day jobs we'll stage a truck on standby at end-of-day. We sort metals on the truck (the scrap value passes through to your account on regular billing arrangements), salvage clean dimensional lumber for reuse partners, and route C&D debris to the appropriate transfer station with manifests handled. Contractor accounts move to net-15 billing after three completed jobs. High-volume relationships qualify for partner pricing, typically 1 to 2 trucks per week at a per-truck rate.
What we hear most
The contractors & gcs situations we're built for.
- Roll-off dumpster permits cost time and money on residential jobs
- Dumpsters occupy the driveway and look ugly during the job
- Per-ton overage charges on dumpster rentals when the job runs heavy
- Need someone to actually load the debris (your crew is hourly)
- Clients want the job site clean by handoff, not a pile in the driveway
- Need COI for the property's HOA or condo association
What we deliver
Our process for contractors & gcs.
- Post-renovation debris haul-away (drywall, lumber, tile, cabinets, fixtures)
- On-call standby trucks for multi-day demos
- Metal scrap sorting (passes through on regular accounts)
- Clean dimensional lumber routed to Habitat ReStore reuse partner
- Same-day or next-day pickup on residential timelines
- Photo documentation for your client handoff package
Pricing
How contractors & gcs pricing works.
Flat-rate truck-load pricing ($129 to $549). For typical residential renovations (under a full 15-yard truck), we run $50 to $200 cheaper than a roll-off dumpster of equivalent volume. Repeat contractors get net-15 billing after three completed jobs. High-volume partners (1 or more trucks per week) qualify for per-truck partner pricing.
