The typical job is a tech refresh (out with the old monitors, computers, printers, in with the new ones), an office downsize (we used to need a 6,000 sqft floor, now we need 3,000), or a full vacate (lease ended, hybrid work happened, the office is empty). We handle the office furniture side (desks, chairs, conference tables, filing cabinets) and the bulk e-waste side as one coordinated job. For the e-waste, our flat-rate bulk pricing beats per-item every time: $199 flat for 5 to 15 devices, $349 flat for 16 to 50 devices, custom quote for larger fleets. Hard-drive destruction certificates are available for an additional $25 per drive. We partner with a certified data-destruction shop. We can stage the work over a single weekend so the office isn't disrupted during business hours, or do it in one go if the office is already empty.
