Tenant turnover is a deadline business. The lease ends, the tenant is gone (or evicted, or left abandoned property covered by NY's complex 30-day notice rules), and the next tenant is moving in within the week. The unit can't be shown to applicants until the previous tenant's stuff is out and the place is broom-clean. We work with property management companies across the Capital Region to clear units quickly: abandoned-tenant-property cleanouts (following your NY-law notice timeline), bulk furniture and trash removal, broken appliance disposal, mattress recycling, and the broom-clean handoff to your cleaning crew. Property managers with 10 or more units get net-15 billing after the first three jobs. We provide a Certificate of Insurance in advance for any management office that asks, and our work orders integrate with the major property-management software systems via photo documentation.
